Parking Lot Committee

HIGHLIGHTS:
Since the 2020 June Congregation meeting, the Parking Lot Committee has met
the following milestones:
• We have engaged an electrical engineer to create a lighting plan for our
current and new parking lot. After several iterations, we’ve developed a
plan that will allow for us to adequately light both parking lots with only
seven 25’ poles. All lights will be LED and the poles will have outdoor
outlets.
• We have submitted these upgraded electrical plans to York County, and
have been told that we can submit formally when we apply for building
permits.
• We have reached back out to the construction firms who provided us with
informal ROMs in late 2019 for updated quotes. These are for information
purposes only at this time. This is in progress at the time of this writing.
• The capital campaign effort, halted in 2020, is in the process of restarting.
